Working alongside Sara helped me find space to say “so what?!”… being creative is a process where I connect with my true self and find space for what makes me feel calm, peaceful and reflective.
There is no doubt that Sara helped me get to truly believing and embodying this.

FAQ
WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?
These 8 sessions are held live, via Zoom, every-other Wednesday from 12:30 pm EDT -2 pm EDT. These are the specific dates:
WHAT IF I HAVE TO MISS A SESSION?
That's totally OK! Of course, you gain the most when you can be live with the group, but “life happens”, and you're free to catch up via replay. If you miss a day, I'll email you the recording when it's available.
WHAT SUPPLIES DO I NEED?
Specific supplies aren't necessary for the coaching sessions. Just have a pen and paper handy, and - on some occasions - very basic art supplies for group activities.
HOW DO I PREPARE?
There's no preparation necessary! I will send you a voluntary intake to help you start thinking about how you function and what you'd like to work on.
After our initial session, you'll gain clarity on your personal path forward. You are free to determine how much time and energy you have the capacity to commit to your practice.
This style of coaching is gentle, forgiving, and inclusive of all bandwidths. There is no specific output or time requirement.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A “CREATIVE PRACTICE” YET?
Yay, you! You get to start from scratch. This isn't a drawback, it's a clean slate full of opportunity!
WHAT KINDS OF “GOALS” ARE APPROPRIATE?
My friend. This is all about you. It's your goal, your dream, your intuition. It's all appropriate - whether you want to bring a specific project to fruition, create a certain amount of work, commit to making art more regularly, work on finding your creative voice, or just show up with creative people on a regular basis and talk about your process.
Really, it's all welcome. If you're still not sure, email me and we can discuss!
WHERE CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR COACHING STYLE?
I'm go glad you asked! I am a certified Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach, a certified Mindful Art Teacher, a certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, and a practicing professional artist.
You can read more about how I blend all of these modalities together by visiting https://saraschroederart.com/creativity-coaching/
WHEN WILL ANOTHER COHORT OPEN?
Good question. I'm not sure. It's dependent on a lot of moving parts. The real question is whether now is your time.
If you don't take the leap and commit to yourself and your practice now, when will you? Will anything change? Where else can you find support for yourself to start living the creative life your heart longs for?
If it's not now or here, that's ok!… But maybe it is.

I struggle with a constant motivation to do. I overcommit because I have ‘bright-shiny-object-syndrome’ and a skewed interpretation of how many hours are actually in a day. This is just one of my creative challenges, and more crop up all the time!
It's taken me years to hone a practice that permits me the freedom to chase my inspiration and make legit progress.
I've had to learn how to respect who I am, how the creative spirit moves within myself, and acknowledge I'm human (aka: flawed and it's OK).
Small group coaching will help you find your home base too.
You'll clarify what's important to you and what fits your life right now. You'll learn about yourself and the way you work, all the while building strong, nourishing friendships with peers who value their creative practice just like you do.
I hope you'll join us!

"Sara's classes and online meetings have become a form of mediation for me. She has a way of guiding sessions smoothly and effortlessly, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable….Sara has become a long-distance friend in such a short time – just like the other wonderful women I've met through her community.
